What if I'm out when my order arrives?

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If they are not able to leave the parcel in a safe place then you will either receive an email explaining the next steps or you will receive a card through the letterbox.<br> If your parcel is sent to a local collection point, then that will be held for 7 days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card if applicable, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.

Our click & collect service is a good way to guarantee even more discretion, especially if you have young children who may open your package unintentionally.

Just go through the checkout as normal and select the click & collect service to have your parcel delivered to one of over 7,000+ local collection points in the UK. Please note that you'll need to bring ID with you when you collect your parcel.
